Hi All,
I have recently let Virgin Media know that we plan to move house, when we told them the new address they have informed us that they do not supply their services to this area and are not willing to fit us a cable, (even after we have said we would pay for this service). As a result of this the only option which was given to us was to cancel our contract and pay the £260 to cover the cost of the 6 coming months left of our contract.
I dont agree that we should be liable to pay for the whole contract as we wont be using the services, so they wont be providing them. Also i feel that this is a breach of contract on their part not mine as we were more than willing to continue with their services.
Does any one have any advice on this as i have read a vast number of internet posts about this but nothing has really helped.?
