I am a pub manager that was hopefully applying for the new tenancy but the brewery gave it to someone else. I have been working at this pub on and off for 20 years. I started full time 11 months ago and after a months the pub was sold to a Private Brewery. Since then I have been the acting manager but despite asking they never gave me or anyone of my staff a contract. It is this brewery's normal process to offer up there new pubs to a Tendency agreement and I was interested. Despite running the pub successfully and building up trade after the referb I was given 1 months notice today along with some of my staff as they have chosen a new tenant. They offered me a 2000 bonus minus stock and inventory which will be about 800. Do i have any legal rights is there something i am missing. I am a large down to earth lady that is loved by the current customers but the brewery want tomove the pub up market and my face no longer fits
