    We are not in a position to make any F&F's at the moment. We have cancelled the Stepchange DMP today and as most of the accounts are on hold until they provide the paperwork we are just putting the money from the DMP into a savings account, would you suggest making a low F&F offer on this debt stating lack of signed CCA?

      Any F & F should never be started at more than 10 -15 % of the amount outstanding, and it your relatives situation once the creditors realise payments would cease totally in the near future
      it puts you at a distinct advantage.
