Full and final settlement between employer and cotractor

I was wondering if anyone here could help me in finding a sample of full and final settlement between employer and a contractor who had finished all the works and still have one payment .

Is there a dispute over outstanding payments?
If so, you could consider using the County Court Mediation service.
(It's not a court proper, so no 'judgment' is given, but it's a good few steps up from a DIY F & F)
