    Hello all,
I've 2 court cases at the moment causing grief.. I sent off a cca to Cohen solicitors , with a postal order for a £1, writing on it for CAA purposes only, ( I've photocopies) who passed it on to Robinson way, who put it towards my account! And have heard nothing more from them.
The CAA I've sent to Restons, got sent back to me as it was unsigned, even though it was accompanied by photocopies of the court documents. I sent it back with a wonky signature and it has now been returned saying I've not made payable to anyone on the postal order, and they are not the the creditor (true enough) but on the claim form it says to send documents to them . Should I send it back to Cabot with their name on it..
    Thanks for any help

    Hi.
CCA requests go the claimant at the address on the claim form, Not the solicitors.
So ignore the solicitors and send the CCA request to the claimant as shown
    on the claim form.
Make postal orders payable to said claimant.
CPR 31.14 request for documents mention in the statement of claim ( No Fee, no other documents can be requested.
