I had purchased an unlimited technical support package from this global company called AVG about 3 weeks ago - the package is called Go Tech Support / AVG Total Care Bundle - a monthly service for tech support.
However, I have been extremely disappointed, have been trying to get a refund since. AVG says you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase no questions asked.
BUT they make it impossible to reach them electronically to ask for that refund. When I asked, they got back saying they can't process refunds of this service via email and that I need to call a number they gave. 1 - 844 - 234 - 60 38
I have called that helpline and no hope - either no answer or someone answered and said you need to call another number. I called that other number and they put me on hold for at leat 30 minutes.
Please help me, does anybody know how I can reach AVG and get my money back? It is a lot of money and desperately trying to reach AVG from UK.
