  • I need to talk to someone urgently

    Promises are being broken by GHA and today was the last straw. I've been in my property for almost thirty years. I was just out of the forces after being injured, in need of a wheelchair adapted flat this isn't told don't carpet or decorate just here a few months. During the thirty years I have always had problems with the electrics blowing, today everything went I have to store melds in freezer and fridge I rang them at 2/45 pm to insist they get here today cooker the lot had blown

    well at 8/45 pm someone turned up by which time a neighbour had got something's back on no lights at all I let the chap in and because some of the electric had been rectified he swore and walked out without doing the lights I am sat in the dark I have had enough what can I do

    have you contacted them again you can start a formal complaint on the phone make sure the call is recorded ask them make a note of who you are talking to and time of call.
    Contact there complaints department and your housing officer asap
