How do i enforce a Statutory Declaration
As part of my permission to appeal a bankruptcy order i've included affidavit from my neighbour that contradicts the Statutory demand from the process server.
i have also sent a Statutory Declaration which was published in the gazette for 21 days, this has also gone un-rebutted.
Can anyone advise on how to enforce the Stat Dec or would i need to apply for a mandatory order ?
