Hi, I'm looking for help with a disputed court case

Hi, I've come here for help after seeing this place highly recommended ...
I'm being taken to court for unpaid ground maintenance charges connected to the property where I live.
I've been served papers by post and have now acknowledged receipt after following the advice here.

I want to start a thread asking for some general advice as there are a few things I am uncertain of. However the guidelines here say I need to make a thread with the name of the claimant in the title. I wonder if this is a good idea as I can't help but think that representatives of the claimant might browse these forums. Is it absolutely necessary to give this information on my thread or would it just be sufficient to say that it is a property holdings company?

Hi and welcome.
Post up what you think is sufficient.
Don't include claimants name if you have concerns of eavesdropping
If peeps need more info they will ask
