2nd post , thought I'd better say hi.

I'm a complaints handler with an insurance and banking background. I know the rules and regs and of complaints for financial services very well so if anyone needs a hand with complaining let me know & I'll try to help. I've got some great legitimate tactics than can be deployed if your getting fobbed off .
