Hi everyone,
I know there have been ongoing issues with people claiming back fees they paid to Lifestyle Claims PPI handlers.
I was wondering if anyone had a copy of their terms and conditions where it states that if I am out of pocket at the end of the claim I will be given the difference back?
My bank said they will pay me all the money if I can get a copy for them to show they actually breached the contract.
