I have of course visited LB many times when researching topics and have been a member of CAG for many years.
Like any information you receive over the internet, it is always worth investigating and probing further into that information, to ascertain whether it is correct or not, especially with the law, which can be quite convoluted.
What, on the face of it, may appear to be a law that applies to a given situation, may actually be limited in its scope, and the inverse of this is also true. Where someone has applied a law in a particular case a precedence may have been set that applies to other cases in the future.
My search is in narrowing down applications of the law pertaining to my particular circumstances, which I will post about elsewhere.
