    Hello every one

I am an OAP who had some letters demanding money from a company called 'Lowell Financial Limited' all the way back in January of this year, about an alleged debt for something called 'Three mobile'.

I ignored the first couple as i thought they was just scams as one gets via email but then inter alia they started saying things like quote 'YOUR ACCOUNT IS ESCALATING'.

When back back circa April/May i had had enough and rang them up (and recorded the call) and asked for that thing called Credit Finance agreement. I recieved a letter saying quote we have ordered statements on your account etc etc. Couple of weeks later i get a copy of a 'Network 3' bill!! (that was all apart from a brief cover letter).

I then rang them again today and asked why had i not recieved any real proof of this fictitious debt (and it is!). I spoke to a young lady in their complaints dept and i wanted the cost of my time (at national minimum rate) and cost of my phone calls (both come to under ten pounds) reimbursed. She just said her offer is to close the the account and not reimburse anything (!!!).

I wanted to send a county court claim right any there and then but i read that one has to try their best to resolve the issue outside of court first so i sent them an email. I can type this into here if i am allowed and there are no legal problems with doing that? (if they dont reply or fob me off again, i WILL take it to court. I have read too many times now of people being bullied for things they dont owe!. It is like if i knocked on somebodies door and said ''Hey young man you owe me 50 quid when can you pay, with no proof!!!!!!).

    Kind Regards
