Welcome finance from 2006

Hello everyone , I had an issue with the above in 2006 over a car garage that forged my signature on a hp agreement and delivered a car that they said was for a test . I contacted welcome and also the police and obtained a crime ref no. And heard no more until tonight I've had a county court order asking how much I earn so obviously a ccj has been issued at a previous address . I've never made a single payment on this and wonder why it's been resurrected any help or advise please

I have to add when we went to the car garage they had cleared off
