Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can help me with my present situation. The matter is I'm doing exchange of contract on my property tomorrow Monday the 18th May and complete the sale on the 26th May, everything is set btw ourselves (my wife & I) the seller's and the buyers for the above dates. Unfortunately, we received interim charging order on our property from a ccj on my wife and the court hearing date is far (30th June), we are selling our property in order to pay for this ccj and other loans from the proceeds of sale. Now our question is that would this interim charging order stop us from going ahead with the sale and we can't speak to our solicitors until tomorrow. Can someone please help/advice us on what to do. Thank you all
