I emailed her a few times (some in error as I'm no Bill Gates. New to this email stuff) but had no reply as of yet. Take it she a very busy lady. She had be a great help to me and I would of have gave up a long time ago.

Redken, you are quite correct; she is a star :nod:but so are you for taking the trouble to appreciate her help and for having the good manners to say ‘thank you’. It is not as common as you think nor does it happen as often as it should. There are a lot of people on here who give their time, indeed many are on here night and day offering free, sound advice. It is fantastic when people take the time to post up details of any success they have as a result of the help they received and to show their gratitude! :yo:
