Hi all
First time posting and need some help please,I recently complained to mbna over the misselling of ppi on my credit card.
I received there decision today stating that my claim has been rejected stating the following reason
The complaint was not referred to them within time limits set bt the fca handbook rule 2.8.2.
my account was opened on 30/03/2001 and they admit ppi was sold to me on 5/6/2002,
I contacted them a 2 months ago after a clear out of old files and seen the account, should I now forward this complaint to the fos or is it basically a shut door because it is 14 years ago.
any answers will be extremely helpful many thanks Adrian.
