Bank charges

I have bank charges going back to 2010. Started with a £1.75 overdrawn balance and reached £409. I complained to the bank, had no response but moved premises. The debt was sold on and they are now requesting £900+

How did you complain to the bank, do you have proof, if so you can write to banks regulating authority putting an official complaint because by right the bank should have responded to your query.They would have had no write to pass on the matter without finalising with you if you had put an official complaint and they should have also written to you that they were passing it on. Just talking from personal experience with an almost simular situation. Good luck.
