This doesn't happen in life often enough, a simple thankyou

I have had cause recently to contact Paul after I had stubbled across some of the comments and threads that he has posted around the interwap.

I had a matter that should it result in a CCJ would cause me untold difficulties with my employment.

I had been in a relationship, joint accounts and cards etc etc...

Long story short, Restons, I explained to Paul what had gone on and the enq I had made under S78 and SAR etc.

Paul took his time, understood my concerns and after agreeing and very reasonable fixed fee undertook the work.

My instructions were specific, I cannot have a CCJ, The result, no CCJ even though proceedings had been issued in the County Court.

One last peace of advice to anyone thinking of instructing Paul, tell him everything, tell him the truth and he will give you straight advice that you can bank on. I did, it worked for me.

If you have a problem, if you can get hold of him ( que A Team music) you need Paul

Paul is as you say ........As straight as an arrow, and can hurt people who are in the wrong in the correct way & fashion they deserve.
1000% guy in my books...the type of person I would have welcomed to watch my back in Malaya & other places I have been which weren't very hospitable .

Yes Matey I was on the Malay/Thai Border & borneo jungles at times searching for Commie C.Ts, along with Johnny Gurkha "watching our backs" way back in the late 50's early sixties.

It's great to have Paul here on LB. His presence along with Kate, Sharon, Nick, Kati, all site team and last but not least the members makes this the best legal and consumer forum by miles!

Thank you Busa. If we could multiply Paul by ten I'd be a very happy bunny. Guys like him with intelligence, integrity, passion, and who actually care about consumers and justice, are quite rare to find.
