PPI funding corporation

Big up to everyone from briggs. Received an acceptance form from the funding corporation. The received it back at the start of November 2015. As of yet have had no refund, when I contact them they keep me silly excuses (No information on system, its going through, its at its later stages). I keep wondering if this just stalling tactics to avoid paying. If there is anyone who can advise me on how to proceed further please reply. The FOS cannot get involve as the funding corp is out of their scope and are powerless to do anything.

I too am in the very same position with the FC. We won a PPI through the Ombudsman who compelled them to pay our award. Apparently they are renound for taking their cases to the brink each time, knowing full well it was almost criminally miss sold.
Their 'complaints department', probably their busiest, is mainly handled by a gent called LM.
Not once has LM been able to give me a straight answer. On Thursday I was told my rather sizeable PPI repayment would be BAC payed into my account within 5 days. Prior to this they wouldn't give me a figure till I gave them my bank details so alarm bells were ringing. After another sleepless night I rang them this morning, spoke to LM who now tells me it will take FROM 28 DAYS TO PROCESS A BACs transfer into my account.
When I ask if I may speak to someone with more authority LM says that isn't allowed. LM hasn't a clue what he's doing, when challenged on points that clearly are being made up as he goes along he goes quiet, changes the subject or repeats himself.
I would be very grateful to you or anyone that has received similar service from these amateur Dick Turpins. Well, at least he wore a mask.
