Grass roots ppi claims

Hi All
I was one of the people that got ripped off with Cartel we were then given the name of Grassroots when our paperwork was sent back to us .Big mistake we have had 4 years of lie,s etc they have all our papers covering 3 claims we can not get any response from them by phone /email or letter we do not know what to do next ?? I have phoned FCA but not a lot of help told me to write but no joy when i do .Anyone got a idea ??? please .

I think Grass Roots are defunct now, and the FCA are aware of that, have you paid GrassRoots anything upfront?

(You are aware that GrassRoots ARE Cartel)

I'll dig out their current address for you - what are you after - your documents returning ?

Have you made any claim for PPI yourself or just left GrassRoots to it ?

Interestingly DEBT AND CLAIMS LIMITED (grass roots changed their name to Debt and claims a while back) have a Winding Up Order showing on Company Check but not on Companies House.

Interestingly DEBT AND CLAIMS LIMITED (grass roots changed their name to Debt and claims a while back) have a Winding Up Order showing on Company Check but not on Companies House.

Many thanks yes I am after getting paperwork back thankfully I have not paid any money out we are out of pocket £15000 to Cartel .At the time FCA were looking in to them as had a lot of complaints but the grassroot phone number is still on and giving you opps I held on for 25 minutes the other week then got cut off .So somone is still making money out of that .

Just a update that may help other members the Insolvency Service in Manchester Office are deal with Debt &Claims ltd the guys name is Jude Mc Aurthy and the Ref is LQD 4344673 and the Company ref for Debt & Claims is 05979001 you can contact .Jude on 01612348500 ext number is 8078 . He is in early stages of the case so could be a while PLEASE donot phone debt &claims as it at the moment is still on so someone is making money out of it but after my call today they are going to shut it down asap .

Just to let you know when the bailiffs went around for our case (in December) they were told they'd left their old premises with no known address for forwarding.

Our warrant is valid for a year but I'm guessing I need to speak to the insolvency people.

I've sent our paperwork over to Mr McCarthy. He has said that he doesn't think we will be able to get our money back but it will help with building a case against how the directors have dealt with things.

By the way our £20 cheque is still sitting on my desk uncashed. I still can't believe they chased us up about it.
