Firstly not sure where to post this thread. As it cover quite a few issue.
Also i am very dyslexic so forgive and bad spelling and gammar.
1) A property guardain company ( they make you sign a lience aggrement. Which means we are not covered by housing law. Or if we are it need to proven ) are refusing to give my despoit back. Say i own them monies. Which will be deducted from my despoit.
a) i asked for them to 'Prove It', ie why i own them money, when from and how much. But they never have.
b) this issue has been going on for several year now. ( it only now i left the company so i should get mu despoit back, i have spoken to my local MP. But still this was never stelled. So now they say i own them money. )
c) i also have copy of email from employee from the company saying i don't own any monies. But now they say that doesn't matter as there finance say that i still own this money. Is not a question of duediligents. And if someone from the company say i don't own money this legally binding.
d) I've also attented meeting in person at there office's regard this issue, had many phone call and email. And everytime its said that i don't own any money. But it alway pops back up 6 month later.
2) What the best way to resolve this issue. I have tried over and over again to reslove this with th compamy directly but no joy. What can i do to force this issue. Also where do i stand legal. And what legal action can i take.
3) On top of this the company asked me and other people to make a extra payment back in Sep 2013. We asked them to 'Prove It', ie why we own this money and the never did. I would like to calm this money back. As i belive this money was taken 'abuse of position, or false representation, or prejudicing someone's rights for personal gain'.
a) We were told if we didn't pay this money we would kick out of are property. Is this duress.
b) How do i go about geting this money back, my legal position. And what action can i take.
4) I also belive that thay have broke there contract, by not forfilling there obligation within the contract
a) What happen to th contract if it contain unfair term and condition. And anti-competitive clause.
I have many question regarding this issue and property guardain company.
But if anyone has povitive advice and guidence i would be very grateful.
