Hello Everyone I need your help.

Hi I have come across this forum searching the internet for legal information and advice.
I am car enthusiast and in the process of going through smalls claims court with a Sole Trader Mechanic/Garage who has mislead and cheated me.
I was representing myself at the first directions hearing and felt under pressure and found the process difficult and could not get my points across to the Judge in court.

* I would like to know where on this forum is suitable for me to post my thread?
* I need advise from anyone been through this process or can guide me a little
* Anyone use a good solicitor in a similar case ?

First of all welcome to LB. I,m sure people have been through the court process as claimants. Wecannot recommend specific solicitors as it is against the rules . I would think you are best posting in the court claims section . Pot up your problem as clearly as you can and the many knowledgeable people on here will advise .
