I just signed up here, prompted by reading about npower. I have had huge problems with npower and am determined to seek redress.
I think generally big companies give us a raw deal in terms of customer service. I had to submit a small claims court summons against Virgin to actually terminate my contract. Very few big companies actually act within the law in terms of data protection and numerous other regulations. It seems that we are almost powerless to take action. The small clais court is a bit hit and miss depending upon who the judge is, however it can also be a good method of seeking redress.
The internet and websites like this allow us to get together - power in numbers.
I hate injustice to others as well as myself, let's hope we can accomplish some victories here.
