Dear Colleagues & Friends I found your website whilst searching for IND Ltd a collection agency that have chased me through Slough County Court regarding an old Lloyds TSB account. I've lived and worked as a journalist in the Far East for 13 years and now back in the UK after a serious road accident in Bangkok.

Hi Heritage and welcome to Legal Beagles - you did well to go 13 years without an accident in bangkok - hopefully you are on the mend. If you want to post in the 'Received a Court Claim' forum we'll help you through this as much as we can.

Need to know when the last time you had contact with Lloyds was, when you last used the account, how much the claim is for and if possible type up the particulars of claim for us - also the date of issue on the claim form. xx
