Hello!
I recently had a Grammar School Appeal.
I telephoned the local Grammar School Consortium to check whether they had an Invigilator Guideline. They said they did not, that all the membership schools had their own Invigilator Guidelines.
I therefore requested from the Grammar School concerned a copy of their invigilator guidelines (as it was pertinent to my appeal).
They wrote back to me and said they could not provide me with a copy as the Copyright belonged to the Grammar School Consortium.
I called back to the Grammar School Consortium to clarify. They basically said the first conversation with them did not occur. As the telephone conversations were recorded I requested a copy of all transcripts of conversations I had with them. They undertook to do this.
I did not receive the transcripts.
When I got to the appeal, which I subsequently lost, when it came to the conversation regarding the invigilator guidelines, I found that although I did not have a copy of the transcripts, the Grammar school itself had a copy which was obviously passed on to them by the Grammar School Consortium.
As a third party, is it legal for the Grammar School to have a copy of these transcripts without my permission?
Thank you
