  • promotinal rates and natwest

    hello all
    hope you can help
i have a complaint with fos and has been part upheld on miss selling of my avg account but on there offer of redress the fos has made is that
natwest refunds my avg fees in full and that i repay the difference back to natwest as if i had been on a avb advantage blue account and also natwest has said they would like me to pay back 372 pounds that they say i have saved on a 1% preferential rate
i rejected the redress and complained that had this been explained to me at the sale of the avg i would not have gone for the advantage blue
so i disagree with that i also pointed out that natwest at that time had an 6.5 promotional APR which i was not offered and was given the 19%with 1% deduction preferential rate making it 18%

my question is why would my bank credit score me and give me a 10.000 loan and give me a preferential rate of 1% know you have a advantage gold account yet deprive you of the promotional rate of 6.5% to any customer if you take out a loan of 7500 to 14 099
i do feel victimized as a customer or am i been to over the top
any advise is a help i have complained to natwest about this as fos said its a difrent complaint to that of what they have i think the fos can be funny to
    thank you for any help
