Brief description of claim: I received courts 8% interest, court fee's repaid and account interest.
I wrote to the court after filing N1 form, asking for them to respectfully consider Compound interest if not then I would accept the 8% recommended by the court.
this put me in a position that I had to fight it in court. What I should have done is put the Compound interest on the N1 form and the request for the courts guidance...
I am happy with what I got in settlement as it covers my charges, interest and court fee's.
But I will be sending court wasted costs order with my claim cancellation letter.
After all I paid for the printer ink, postage, paper, envelopes, photocopying, etc..
Good luck everyone....I am about now to help everyone else...
