I'm new to this forum and very happy to be able to subscribe, for free, to a forum that offers both advice and all important solidarity when it comes to consumer issues. I believe websites such as this carry a lot of weight and pack a powerful punch when it comes to dealing with unscrupulous financial institutions. There is probably a greater need for such a forum more than ever.
