    Hi everyone

    Hi All

    Just received a claim form via Bryan Carter/Lowell for a Llyods account that I haven't used since 2004.

    Will be looking for some advise as to which letters to send out as I want to defend the claim.

    Do you know when the account was defaulted and when you last made any payments towards the debt ?

    Was there an overdraft on the account ?

    Can you type out the particulars of claim from the claim form (exclude a/c number), what date it was issued, how much it is for and outline what your defence is ?

    Then we can see which way you need to go with regards CPR requests/defences etc.
