  • Hello from ParkingEye

    Hi All..
I see my heading caught your attention !!
I sort of came across this forum accidentally when I was reading up and that curse that is " ParkingEye"
Its a town centre car park that I use everyday and I have recently been greeting by the "Give us £100 / £60" letter.
I have actually sent an e-mail appeal (I hadn't read advice not to in time!!)..
I explained it would be possible that I displayed a ticket that was different to my REG number..
The machines are useless. There are 3 in the car park I use in Blackpool but usually only 1 is working.
In fact the other day I was issued with a ticket that bore no resemblance at all to my own REG so I err "Tapped" the machine and my ticket then appeared..
I ran after the woman who had just used the machine and managed to get to her in time before she paid a second time at another machine..

I am anticipating my appeal will be rejected....
Do I literally totally ignore it or write some legal speak type of letter and await their wroth?

If they reject the appeal you should get a 10 digit popla code. This is an example of a winning appeal. http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...-Appeal-Letter
