Hi everyone
My name is Gary and I come in peace :hand:

I find myself in a world of debt and not seeing a way out. It looks like this is the place for sound advice, with a good track record of success. I currently find myself with an SD, and a judgement that I have had to apply for redetermination on as the court decided I should pay £816 a month for. If I had that sort of spare income, I wouldn't be in this mess :tinysmile_cry_t:

Anyway, they aren't allowed to shoot me, and they can't make me pregnant (as we used to say in the Army).

When they got judgment, did you submit an income and expenditure form to the court?
