i have been receiving letters from 1st credit ltd
concerning bankruptcy proceedings for the last month
but the latest saying being handed to connaught in 21 days
letter dated 26th dec only received 4th jan.
any advice would be appreciatted

You're going to have to expand on your problem to get the right help please

The most important questions are :-

Do you recognise the debt?
How much is the debt for?
When did you default on the payments?
When did you make the last payment? (this is crucial so be as sure as you can be)
