Good morning to all involved who have created, helped to grow and simply other users of this forum.

I have joined to research information relating to Amazon account suspension and what I can legally do as they suspended our business account which has a 100% track record last Friday for no apparent reason and, to date, they are still refusing to give a reason.

I am going to do some trawling of the forum first to see if others on here have ever experienced this unjust treatment and then will post my situation at some point when I feel I have gone as far as I can with the search facility.

In which area should I post about an issue we have with Amazon whereby they have suspended our Amazon Pro Merchant Account without reason and they are refusing to communicate on how we recover £20,000+ stock from their fulfilment centres?

That's a bit more information than I was given on the Amazon SellerCentral Forums. They said managing-director@amazon.co.uk so I wonder if my email got through to the right person.

I know they gave an address in Slough but not sure that was the same as this either.

The Gov Pages seem to readily give more information than the standard Companies House WebCheck system.

I need to post about my issue on this because it has caused me to go into meltdown.

Cleversclogs. That is the first stiffled chortle I have managed since 6th December.

I am going to post about this today as I can't take anymore sleepless nights.

Swansea (is actually CWL1 Cardiff Fulfilment Centre). It is where Oversized is kept. We've only got 40 units there but they are very valuable resale items. Some stock that was bought liquidated. Margin of around 6500%. A rare find!

Our feedback rating stands at 100%, and we are a legitimate UK business in all possible respects.

Our seller account was suspended on amazon.co.uk without any reasons/evidence almost 12 days ago, and chasing them hasn't resolved anything, but only increased my anger.

Any suggestion which may help expedite the matter with Amazon to resolve quickly?
