If you have never been in debt then why did it get stopped 2 yrs ago thru credit clear services may I ask???
were you not in debt when this card account went thru credit clear services???

If you defaulted on that card (ie not paid it for any reason) then a default will have been put on your credit file with the credit agencies and will remain there for 6yrs to show other lenders that you defaulted on the account

Can you provide more details that happened with that card
        ie
why was it thu credit clear services??
        and
did credit clear services set up a payment plan for you in order to pay off any outstanding monies owed to the card??

          These people - > http://www.creditclearservices.co.uk/ ? (i'll remove the link once t'is confirmed )

Have you paid them anything for their 'service' ?

Once they told you your agreement was unenforceable you stopped paying your c/card bill ? and up to that point was the c/card a problem/were you in arrears/struggling with payments etc ?

Sadly if you stopped paying due to the UE claim from CCS then you will have a default marker on your credit file, as you defaulted. Reporting on your credit file is not deemed as enforcement as per McGuffick, soooo you'll have it on your file for another 4 years.

Clear Credit Services are a phoenix of the notorious Consortium Reclaim.
