    Hello and

    I've got your PM

Add a one-liner post to this thread with the outline of your Capquest problem and then we'll guide you to whichever section is best to start a new thread. Is it a court case or a PPI query etc?

      Re: Hi all,

hi, have a cc bill with marbles which is in my husbands name and has an agreement on it of £120 per month, this has been paid on schedule as requested, been receiving monthly statements etc from marbles however these stopped in August 2013. as the payment is made by cheque i post the payment to them, however only just realised that i had no envelopes so gave them a call to request some and was informed that the account did not belong to them and that i needed to call this number 08xxxxx anyway when i asked who the number belonged to they reluuctantly told me it was capquest. (never heard of them until i googled). anyway after much too-ing and fro-ing I managed to speak to manager at marbles who told me NOT TO CALL THAT NUMBER, she literally couldn't have made it any clearer that i was not to call it. I asked her the following questions, why had the account been passed on to a third party, why had we not been informed, why were they still accepting the payments and cashing the cheques if they no longer owned it. I was given the following replies- business decision as it would take too long to pay off, the busines doesn't tell customers that it has been given to a third party, they will always take the monies and pass it on. the manager agreed that this was odd and said she would make a formal complaint to the customer service department and that they would email me. Since then my parents have received a letter from DVSL asking for confirmation of my husbands address, they have posted the letter on to us, also no email has been received even though I have called 3 times to inform them no email yet. I have also sent this months payment as normal. We live in the R.o.I now so really don't know what to do. any advice would be appreciated as to what to do from here on thanks
