:doggieyes: Like many other people have remarked, this Forum is so useful and covers many questions that need an answer or opinion. I try to keep a look out for anything that has also affected me either in the past or might do in the future. It is definitely on my Favourites bar for a quick look each day.
My biggest rub at the moment is with the Bank that advertised a £100 reward if you switched. They needed to carry out the switch, and you must have at least three direct debits in order to qualify. I did, but because I had more, which I did myself, just by contacting the company and giving my new bank details, they said they would not pay my reward. I really feel this is unfair. They did a minimum of three, which was the criteria, so whats the problem other than I saved there staff time and trouble? Anyone else had this happen... I would like to sniff this out further.
