Just wanted to say hello, Im new to the site.

How much great advice is passed around on here! I have hunted the internet for days... badhead! Trying to put a case together against a loan company and I'm hoping somebody will be able to shed some light on the matter.. Consumer Credit Act etc. Unfair terms and so on. I have scoured the OFT site, all very heavy going. What rattles is I have a feeling I aint the only one being shafted (can I use that term? ) by this company.. so sad!
