Just a quick post to say I am new and looking for advice as well as gaining knowledge on many posts that I may come across using this site ,
Im mainly seeking advice on Debt Collector Letters from various companies for many different requests for money. I know of a letter template that can be sent to these companies serving them with a cease and desist notice, preventing them from sending any further letters or bailiffs to the address but I would also like to know if there is a similar template that can tell the actual company you owe money too, that you will pay then a certain amount a week/month.year to clear debt??

Would you care to share a little more about your debts - who they were with originally? What were they for? How old is the debt? Who is collecting it now?

Unless the debts are not yours or statute barred they can and will write letters send Bailiffs if they get court orders others will advise better than I but sending that type of letter or any legal actions will continue
