Hi all you Legal Beagles I am feeling really stupid tonight having been naive enough to be taken in by this scam. I have contacted my bank who have advised me that as soon as the payment leaves my account ( it is at present in a with holding account ) they will pursue a disputed payment claim on my behalf & I have also blocked my debit card to prevent them taking any more money from me. my question is is there anything ese i should be doing.
