Right then, I'm dipping my toe in to the legal beagles pool properly now and going to start my first thread, oh boy... and I could do with a hand too as I'm a bit rusty with certain things. My thread will be called "My Money Group response Letter" Would appriciate any help.

Hi everyone I've just joined and this will be my first post, I hope to learn all I need to know about consumer rights so I will have the power to fight back at the Dept collection agency's and credit reference agency. Am pretty new to this so it's quite a undertaking to learn all the jargon, hopefully I'll learn a thing or two and in time allow myself to help others. Take care
