  • Evening all! Need to get advice to help my son...

I posted this in the wrong place, don't want to get off on the wrong foot as it's my first time using a site like this..

My son had been being victimised at work and now has a gross misconduct hearing on Wed regarding threatening and intimidating behaviour, specifically threatening an employees safety, intent to set up a rival business and solicit staff and breach of confidence/trust..

Would there be any knowledgeable people here that could maybe give advice if I explain the situation?

The answer is yes, but you need to tell the whole story, and welcome by the way.
