Hi...well after a weekend reading all the brilliant information and advice on Legal Beagles...even tho my head is now fried... am so glad I joined up, should have done ages ago!
Wont bore everyone with my tales of woe, will save that for another time but briefly it involves marriage down the pan along with everything else, debts, hassesment by dca's (usual suspects, Crapquest and Scotcall), but after taking in all the brilliant posts by your excellent contributors I now have a better idea of how to tackle those two devious buggers.
So once again thankyou for being here and am sure I will be getting on everyones nerves in the weeks ahead.
