Hi-another Welcome Finance moan!

Hi all,
So glad we've found this site!
I honestly didn't realise that so many people were having such big problems with Welcome Finance..
...and I never knew they'd gone into administration!!
And they have the cheek to badger me for money!

If there's anyone that can help,I'll elaborate further.
