      Re: cash back claims E2Save

Hi all just update, I got this email reply back after speaking to Charles, (she is so tight). I told Charles that if he did not want to give me the money, give to a charity but he said no the money was mine and will get back the the claim. Sir Charles if you are reading as I will be emailing you to do so, I bet you did not build your company like this, she refusing to acknowledge that we still might be a customer in the future. Sir I trusted you to get back my claim, I read the post on Jim were the same dept. help to get back the claim and he did not need proof why me, my proof wife and the guy on the counter in the post office. Which is better than serial of numbers which can not give proof what was inside. Sir I ask you to act quick. I got your number and email.

      Dear Mr Khan,

Thank you for the email you sent to Charles Dunston, he has requested that I reply to your email.

I am sorry to let you know that as you have not provided the requested proof of postage for your month 12 and 15 cashback claims we are unable to pay them at this time. If you do have any postage references or proof that the claims were submitted within 60 days of the dates on the bill, please forward this to me and I will be happy to investigate further.

We do not have any record of receiving these claims within the 60 day time period and therefore we cannot raise the claims without proof of postage. This is our final position on this matter, our next step would be to issue you with a deadlock letter.

I am sorry that I have been unable to help you further and for any inconvenience caused.

      Yours sincerely

          Sir Charles
I like to thank you for your time, understand and support that you have given me. It's not the money that I am getting back that makes me happy but the way you have shown to be understand and the time that you gave me means more to me than the money. Yes money helps but thats not what life's should be about. Just by your understanding will make me want to go to work and do that better job or when I meet a person on the street want to do that kindness.
Once again I thank you and hope all the happiness to you and your family and success to your companies.
          Thank you
          Samir Khan

          Hi E

Thank you for your understanding, please forgive me if I fell below standards. I will accept this as good will gesture. Once again thank you, it means a lot to me when a company acts the way of such a good will gesture as you have shown. (cashbackclaims@e2save.com) I will keep this email address as I think it's a better way of claiming.
I hope success comes to you and your company for such a good will you have shown.
          Thank you
          Samir Khan

          Dear Mr Khan,

I’ve tried to call you today, I’m sorry I missed you.

I have discussed your case with my colleagues and given the trouble you have gone to in order to claim your month 12 and 15 cashback claims, I am pleased to let you know that we have raised your month 12 and 15 claims as a gesture of goodwill. I have issued two cheques for £57.65, please allow up to 8 weeks to receive them as this will allow time for processing and postage.

I would advise that, if you choose to claim cashback with us again, you send the claims recorded delivery and keep proof of postage alternatively you can email the PDF copy of your bill to cashbackclaims@e2save.com free of charge and will receive an automated reply which you can keep as proof of submission.

If I can be of any more help please let me know.

          Yours sincerely
