lied about commision for 3months

hi my names liam and iam enquiring about my previous employer liening to me for 3 months saying i was on ppi commison and when i left head office said that that role didnt consist of it? i was employed at 8pound an hour but first day had meeting and swapped from i.v.a sales to ppi sales and wages dropped, i was later sacked for a conversation i had with a customer which was ment to be a joke but turned out a complaint, no written warning, were do i stand??

Liam, people help on this site on a voluntary basis, so if you get help quickly that's because someonne who knows about your problem is online. If it takes a while that's because there is nobody online at the moment to help you. We all have lives outside of LB (well most of us anyway) so please be patient.

What did your contract state about commission payments and how long where you employed by the company as a whole? How long where you in your new role for? Did you get a new contract when you started your new role?
