Hi everyone I wonder if anyone can help;
Has anybody had any problems with Lowell Portfolio , they say we owe £113.23 for a mobile phone contract with singlepoint which don't exist anymore . It was my partners contract which I took over it had been switched off I paid the outstanding balance and then continued to use the contract till I changed to O2 we are sure this debt is more than ten years old which I thought was the cut off point where the is not owed anymore? Thanks in advance.
