I am fighting parking charges with parking eye at my local supermarket - I do not agree with the photos they have sent and they are now threatening legal proceedings, courts, bailiffs etc.

I know this may sound trite, but there's no point in fighting with Private Parking Firms, simply state your case and leave it at that, or better yet, completely IGNORE them.
Most of what they say is bluster and bovine excrement.

Of course more details on your actual circumstances would be useful..
