    hi heres my rant lol.

    worked as a childrens under 7 coach (18month youngest) and in interview told him about my criminal past, nothing to do with violence or kids and he employed me for 3 months, now he got my crb back and says he cant keep me on that he shud ov got ridd ov me 2weeks ago but he had no coach!! is this legal what he has done??

    no employment qualifying period

    they can get rid of you anytime for this, they can just say you failed your probation

    take it on the chin and move on ime afraid

      i signed a contract and he had me working for 3 month with kids before a crb came threw

        the qualifying period to bring a claim to the employment tribunal service is now 2 years unless a protected characteristic has been breached

        that is not the case with this

          well av heard if an imployee is sacked for an offence outside of work that had no impact on their job could bring an unfair dismissal claim and could seek compensation, sorry to be a pest, seeing law centre tomorow

            i have a diploma in employment law and i am telling you that it is 100 % gospel

            YOU HAVE NO CASE

            YOU NEED TO BE IN YOUR JOB FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS TO BRING A CLAIM
