Hi People

Well just a quick hello from a lost and bewildered debt struggler. I know the only person to blame for my debts is myself and now I am trying to dig myself out of that hole but it is being a nightmare. Statutory interest on a County Court Judgement is 8% is not about time that percentage was changed?
